Lord…as you know 
I’m about ready to head off to church for the weekend. To spend a special time of worship with my brothers and sisters in Christ. Although I worship you each day I pray today my worship will be an even sweeter offering to you. Even when I am at my “best” I’m still nothing but filthy rags. As you search my heart you will surely find many unpleasant things, things that grieve your heart. But in it you will also find a fire to love you wholly and unapologetically. If not for your grace and mercy this day, I could not stand before you.
Lord, I love you!

You might not quite be Perfect in His Sight just yet… but from where i’m standing He sees you as more than just ‘filthy rags’ – and just maybe He would be happy if you did to?
