pimp my post
October 22, 2009
today is the day when this blog belongs to you. it is yours to share your favorite posts of the week. just leave a link in the comments to one of yours and/or someone elses post that you enjoyed.
simple as that.
i have a post, rather several, id like to share.
they are from my friend alece. her heart was betrayed and she is sharing her story with all of us. and she is doing it in such a way that ive been left in awe of her strength and courage, her tact and class. God is so clearly evident in her words. He is doing a big work through her and i am so proud of her! please, read her story, encourage her, pray for her and others alike.

I don’t have a new post since last week, but have found Ric Booth’s latest posts (10/20-22) very insightful and relevant. They come out of his counseling experiences and I think can help all of us who have/are dealing with ‘ghosts’ of the past (inside and/or out).
Thanks for directing me to Alece’s posts also. I will be praying for her dealing with her present ‘ghost’ (especially re: self-worth). I can imagine how difficult it must be to feel so discarded by one who once professed love.
Here’s Ric’s blog address:
