I was never aware of how much my mom loved me and how much she went through as a mother, until I became one.
(no joke, I spent half of my first pregnancy thinking about my mom and crying over all I realized she had done, and how I never knew it until then)

When I was a child I got away with lying about turning the heater up too high in the middle of the night once. If my mom had found out she would have been very mad. I was like 7, you can’t really ground a 7 year old. And honestly, I’m sure she knew I was lying. There wasn’t much I did that I got away with. She was sneaky and I was scared. 😆

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled DAO and placed right next to Psalms. No reason. Just b/c I like them. 😉

Sorry you’re sick Tam! It’s goin’ around. 😦 Suckssssssss.

I was never aware of how much I loved my wife until one AM a doctor told us (year 2000) she could die (very ill) soon. I was not expecting that – I went to pieces. She is fine now, but we were scared.

When I was a child (16) I hot rodded the family car, If I had got caught, I would have been grounded for life.

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled “(Letter to the) United States” placed right after (letter to to the) Romans. It would be filled with God’s warnings, yet how much He loves us.

Get better Tam, get rid of that Nyquil and try some of my sandwiches!

Mama and I will see if we can find out anything on Carlos this morning.

I was never aware of God’s love for me until I reached the end of myself.

When I was a child I got away with EVERYTHING, if my parents found out they would laugh……

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled “Praise me with your heart, not your mind” and be next to the Psalms. Hope ur feeling better!

I was never aware of my limitations until I … [not yet determined].

When I was a child I got away with way too much . If my parents had found out they would have … oh wait, they did find out…

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled ‘The Book of Obscure Abstract Conjecture’ and placed right next to ‘4th Maccabees’ .

I was never aware of real poverty until I visit Africa March 2007.

When I was a child I got away with everything. If my parents had found out they would have probably died!

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled “Whiney McWhinerton and placed right next to Habakkuk.

  7. February 22, 2008 9:29 am

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled “See, I told You So” and placed right next to “Revelations”.

When I was a child I got away with nothing. 😯

I was never aware of my lack of compassion until I was in a position where I needed it myself.

I was never aware of how much time I had wasted on unimportant things until I retired.

I was never aware of diets until my clothes starting shrinking.

I was never aware of how much fun girls could be until one kissed me.

When I was a child I unfortunately never misbehaved. My mother spent much of her time sick in her room, or in the hospital, bad heart. My father worked all the time and was not home much. Me and my sister took car of the house, as best we could, at least until she discovered boys. 🙂

The title of my book would be love thy family and neighbor, nothing else matters.

If God were to ask me to write a book of the Bible it would be titled “DUH”, and probably placed after Ephesians.

I was not aware of how much one person can love another until I had children and they started to leave home.

When I was a child I got away with very little. If they had known, I would have been sore and grounded for the rest of my life!

I was never aware of the addiction of blogging until I started one 🙂

When I was a child I got away with nada. My mom had eyes in the back of her head.

I’m cracking up at Darla’s “DUH”. My mind is now blank from laughing so hard.

I was never aware of how large my navel is until I married my Carey.

And this weeks Guest Fill-In’er is Papa!

Papa emailed me enough fill-ins for the rest of the year! I was so excited!

It was hard to pick just one – so I went with 2 of his

When I was a child I got away with collecting boogers on a sheet of paper and naming each one. I would post this work of vulgarity on my bedroom wall. If my parents had found out they would have encouraged me to take up painting!

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled 2 Hesitations and placed right next to Habbakuk.

I was never aware of how much God loves us, until I became a parent.

When I was a child (teenager) I got away with sneaking out of my house. If my parents had found out they would have locked me out (which they did)!

If God asked me to write a book for the Bible it would be titled Inclinations and placed right next to Proverbs .

  16. February 23, 2008 7:54 am

Tam…I almost put revelations (the woman’s version)….like the story of what not to do. BUT I didn’t put it down…I’m shaking my head after scrollin up and reading your entry of what your book would be titled and where it would be placed. Of course we’d be thinking along the same lines….of course! 😉
