what’s your forecast?

March 4, 2009

today is wednesday. so that means it’s writing wednesday.

i’ll be off the blog most the afternoon as i commit to writing.

so i thought today we can describe oursleves as a weather report.

how do you feel today? how are you? tell us in the form of a weather report!

tams wednesdays forecast

a bit hazy in the morning.

expecting some brief clearing this afternoon as a warm front moves in from the North. [i know. that makes no sense.]

the evening will bring some winds [in the form of two children] expecting to die down at around 10 pm (ish)

lows will drop into the negatives through the night [my human furnace is away]

k. your turn.

Ya need a video comment system here cuz I’d love to leave this comment in my “radio voice.” πŸ™‚

When ya wake up this morning in Germany, you have clear skies and a cool, calming breeze. Don’t get comfortable….this is only the calm before the storm.
As you try to get your kids dressed, it will start to rain. Oh but after taking one to school, it should calm down right? Well no! That’s when it starts to pour. That’s right, Hurricane Laundry is coming through and right behind it is tropical storm dishes. We don’t usually name tornadoes, but Tornado Chaya (3 year old) will try her best to destroy all that you clean. Around 5pm (wife gets home) there will be a clearing of the skies (cuz I leave πŸ™‚ ). The clouds disappear and silence fills the air. BUT IT DOESN’T LAST.
Around 8pm (right about bedtime), the second round of storms begin. Sunami bath time and blizzard bedtime are nasty today and your day will end with the sweet sound of Marvin Gaye—Yeah, you know what I’m sayin!
Oh wait Marvin has little to do with weather. Oh well, the weatherman is always wrong anyway….

Um, it’s nearly Thursday Tam…your writing day is over before it’s begun πŸ˜‰

The weather Down Under in Daveland
Scattered thoughts will blow in at a rapid rate before dissipating in a torrential downpour of meetings
A brief sunny spell in the middle of day will brighten the afternoon as a cooling breeze blows in from across the Pacific, followed by vast amounts of hot air rising into the stratosphere *
The evening is expected to see a series of lightning flashes as Hurricane ChurchMacBookInstall hits the area, before quickly dying down into a calm and peaceful night.

*I’m quite happy with that description of what goes on after LifeGroup Online πŸ™‚

You forgot to add that a New England snowstorm is gonna blow in around 1:30 pm PST to make sure you’re off writing somewhere. πŸ˜‰

Good morning – kind of hazy with mixed clouds. roads are clear going to the horse rescue ranch this morning to help with horses – air may smell like horses – right now the haze is almost foggy. may be tense at the ranch with high pressure rolling in. Some horses will not be in very good shape – I may see thunder and lightening.

A bit overcast and little drizzling…

  6. March 4, 2009 6:02 am

in the morning Skies will be low and overcast with fiersome storm clouds billowing.

Winds will whip up vicious clouds of dust and darkness only brifely interspersed with savage forks of lightening.

The sun shall be cast from it’s place and the stars will all fall from the vault of heaven.

The ground will dry and crack and plagues shall break forth from the scabrous depths of hell.

Famine, war, pestilence and Death shall sweep across the countryside as though Hailstorms, destroying all in their wake.
the rest of the day should be fine with temps in the low 80s and a weak sea-breeze. πŸ™‚

Yep! – it’s gonna be one of THOSE days…. (again).

“The weather man is suspiciously gone from the studio today … we’ll just have to take it as it comes, folks. Looking out the window, just now I’d say … looks mostly sunny! Check back tomorrow!”

    a storm is a brewin’!

we have a return of the stomach flu with the boys, and I’m pretty sure the worst is yet to come. 😯

  9. March 4, 2009 10:19 am

A strong wind will kick up this morning (I am cleaning so that wind will be from the vacuum. It will die down in the afternoon (also known as nap time). Then a heavy cloud cover (I am sad my husband has to do an impromptu sermon and won’t be home).

  10. March 4, 2009 10:27 am

thunder and lightening (chest cold), will settle down after more meds, and there will be clearing with the warm sun coming through the window, and that will help with the mental fog that is lingering. But on a better report..tomorrow is going to be full of SONshine, and subtle winds mixed with good smells..hahaha

Now I’m updating some of the stuff on the blog for ‘The Art of Joy’ event/exhibition that my smallgroup are doing. if anyone wants to know more!!!

my day’s gone too….but this is kinda what it looked like:

in a freakish occurence, the sun refused to rise today until well into the mid-morning. but after such a long trip to the top of the sky, our friend, the sun, decided to keep things bright and sunny for the rest of the day.

    the end.
