bake desserts for hundreds of people every week for the rest of my life than hang out with jr/high school students. this is probably bad considering my hubs is a youth pastor….

oooo, girl….im the same way! and i have a jr higher and high schooler myself. my church finally stopped asking me to volunteer after i confessed to one of the leaders it may not be safe for the children if i were involved 😯

what on earth do you do when its time to host events and all that “pastor wife” stuff?? 😉

    • January 6, 2010 4:19 pm

Shara, I’ll swap. Do not mind hanging out with teenagers – love doing youth work. But I cannot stand cooking and I don’t think I could bake desserts for hundreds of people once…never mind every week!

[it’s true. i can choose to embarrass sin… or sin will embarrass me.]

i would rather… drink sparkling water than good ol’ regular H20.

    • January 6, 2010 2:51 pm

ha. sparkling water makes me burp and regular water causes my gag reflexes to go out of control.

so do you actually drink sparkling water?

Toby! For shame. You have to do your part. You know the diapers, the dishes, making stew & cheesy potatoes, sing in a band, go to school, travel around Europe. Was there a clause in your pre-nup about sleep?

      • January 6, 2010 8:55 pm

LOL…i definitely should have thought abou that in the pre-nup!

if i didn’t wear one, it wouldn’t be a pretty sight. though happy that a trip to australia made them smaller! woo! But will I tell you what colour bra I’m wearing….nope. Especially not when my church pastors can see my facebook status.

gosh, I really should add that I do wear one..it’s just the first thing that comes off when I get home at the end of the day…yes, it would be an ugly site if I did not wear one out in public..3 kids and being 40, hate when they drag the ground..ha!
